Internal refurbishment to Cambridge villa in a conservation area by Inclume Architects

Interior Design Refurbishment to a four bedroom house in a sensitive conservation area.

Proposals include a new internal refurbishment to the rear of the house making new alterations to the kitchen and dining area. Structural alterations will open up the space providing a larger, more sociable living area with new slim frame sliding doors that provide views to the garden beyond.

A large portion of the works include new joinery items which run consistently throughout the new spaces and include integrated appliances and sliding pocket doors throughout the Utility, Pantry, Kitchen and Dining areas.
